Our company dealt with Siva on a very complex long term project which involves cinematography, animation and related creative skills. The services were truly exemplary and our clients are very impressed by the quality of the work. There were about 500 animated videos to be completed in a short span of time and his team had to continually interact with our academicians as well as operations team. The Eye treatment department of Matha Ayurveda hospital needed to draw illustrations on certain ayurvedic treatments, which were to be continued at home after patient discharge. These illustrations were to be attached along with prescriptions given to patients. The illustrations had to be approved both by our medical team as well as our patient community before we could implement it. Frankly, this task was taken up by 2 professional artists before, and they were unable to meet our demands. That was when Siva's team - Think Dots took up this challenge. They listened so carefully and executed the requirements so well, that our team did not feel that Think Dots was an outside agency. Vishnu, who did the works ensured that the outcome was so perfect, it was instantly approved by our Chief Physician. Our patient community also has given excellent feedback to our hospital for implementing this patient-friendly initiative.
